At Yalca Fruit Trees, we are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who shops or interacts with us.

This privacy policy applies to Yalca Fruit Trees, and covers all personal information we collect about customers and other individuals outside Yalca Fruit Trees. When we talk about “personal information”, we use the definition provided by the Federal Privacy Act –

Collecting Information

We only collect information that is necessary for the purpose of making a transaction eg. Name and address for postal purposes, and we only keep it for as long as we may require it for this legitimate business purpose.

Please note that Yalca Fruit Trees will not collect customers personal credit card or payment details unless required to do so via a phone conversation to enable the transaction to take place.

Customers are never required to submit credit card or other payment details to the Yalca Fruit Trees website.  When you make a payment you will be transferred to an external site operated by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (“Bendigo Bank”). Bendigo Bank use secure checkout facilities and is responsible for the processing and the security of your payment.

 

Disclosing Information

Yalca Fruit Trees will not disclose or sell any personal information including but not limited to: addresses, email addresses, credit card or payment details under any circumstances or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
